Triple Berry Smoothie [ Yummy]

All of my favorite berries come together in this super fruity and fibrous smoothie. This tall glass of refreshment was a staple meal for me during busy workdays, often replacing lunch.

Enjoy this smoothie with fresh or frozen berries, depending on the time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice, divided
  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 1⁄2 cup raspberries
  • 1⁄2 cup blackberries
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, place 1⁄2 cup of ice. Add the almond milk and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
  2. Add the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, vanilla, and remaining 1⁄2 cup of ice.
  3. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve. (optional) Add a few drops of Special Oil to help burn stubborn fat.
