Orange creamsicles – yum on any day!
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 scoops favorite vanilla protein powder
- 8 ounces mandarin orange seltzer water (Polar Springs is a delicious choice)
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp orange extract
- orange slice for garnish
- In a blender add carrots, blend in cream, protein powder, extracts and seltzer water.
- Blend until desired thickness
- Pour into glass and garnish with orange slice
