- 1/4-cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Place a bed of Boston or Bibb lettuce on each of two plates and divide tuna between them.
